Uptown Townhouse LLC has developed an expertise in project management, creative development and financial coordination. We specialize in the identification, acquisition, and redevelopment of undervalued properties and have established a niche in the Harlem real estate market where there was no previous quality real estate development for many decades.
In eight years, Uptown Townhouse has developed and sold four of five properties. In addition we have managed total renovations of another three private residential properties in Manhattan, and have designed and managed for many smaller residential and commercial projects as well. We act as Project Management/Owner Represtentation for Residential and Commercial owners in the Tri State area and are interested in partnering on projects with other developers here in Harlem.
