Uptown Townhouse LLC has developed an expertise in design, project management, creative development and financial coordination. We specialize in the identification, acquisition, and redevelopment of undervalued properties and have established a niche in the Harlem real estate market where there was no previous quality real estate development for many decades.
In our first 9 years, Uptown Townhouse has developed and/or bought and sold five investment properties. In addition we have managed total renovations of another eleven private residential properties in Manhattan for private owners, and have designed and managed for many smaller residential and commercial projects as well. We have recenlty completed the redesign / rebuild of La Bodega 47 Social Club. Currently we are working on two townhouses in Harlem for their owners, and have also recently completed the rebuild of a Townhouse on East 93rd Street, the redesign/rebuild of a Clinton Hill Coop, and Project Management of a 5000 sq ft. floor through home at the Impala Condo, at 78th and 1st Ave.
We act as the Designer and / or Project Management for Residential and Commercial projects. We offer our list of vendors from all of the trades, from Architect to Contractor to Cleaning service. We bring our book of resources and suppliers who we have worked with for the past 14 years for an additional savings.
